Hisabcharikati is a cross-platform accounting and document-management product for Moroccan businesses. From April to June 2026, I was the sole product designer across the web app, mobile app, and landing page. I also coded the initial proof of concept and supported frontend delivery alongside one developer. The product reached a working alpha used by testers.

Hisabcharikati case study

Hisabcharikati accounting dashboard and business document workflows.

The product brings issued invoices, supplier invoices, expense notes, bank statements, quotes, clients, and business documents into one workspace. I organized this broad scope into clear navigation and repeatable workflows, so people can move from daily bookkeeping to document review without losing context.

A core workflow matches accounting documents automatically, then asks the user to review and approve the result. The interaction keeps automation visible without treating it as unquestionable. Accountant requests and document status stay close to the records they affect.

On mobile, the experience focuses on fast capture and review. OCR turns photographed documents into structured information that can be checked before it joins the company record. The responsive system keeps the same hierarchy and language across mobile, web, and the marketing site.
