ManagerApp is a B2B workforce-management platform for hotel teams. I translated the founder's management method into a structured web app with seven roles, permission-based dashboards, HR tools, team workflows, authentication, and invitations. I owned the product architecture and interface through approved developer handoff.
Roles and permissions
The seven-role model covered Super Admin, HR Director, General Director, Director, HR, Manager and Collaborator. I designed role-specific dashboards and tables, along with authentication, invitations and account activation.
Workforce workflows
The product included recognition, briefings, team meetings and one-to-one workflows. I also designed reminders, commitments and HR alerts.
Developer handoff
The project owner reviewed and approved the design before I handed it to developers.
ManagerApp case study

I turned the founder's YOU! and STANDARDS management method into a product architecture that hotel teams could navigate. Seven roles and their permissions shape what each person sees, from organisation oversight to day-to-day team management.

The operational system connects dashboards, recognition, briefings, team meetings, one-to-one conversations, commitments, and HR alerts. I designed shared patterns for dense tables and repeatable actions, so managers can move between team signals and follow-up work.

I also designed authentication, invitations, account activation, and supporting email states, then organized the interface into a reusable component library. The founder reviewed and approved the flows before developer handoff.
